A deposit of $100 is required to reserve a date. Final payment can be made by cash or bank check on the day of the event. Personal checks are accepted 7 days prior to the event. Credit cards are not accepted.
Guarantee: Final menu choice is due 14 days prior to the event- final count is due 7 days prior to the event. This count is the minimum amount charged even if less guests attend. You are charged for the guaranteed count or the actual amount of guests- whichever is higher. Food & Beverage Policy: No food or alcohol, with the exception of a cake or favors is allowed to be brought into the facility. Cakes will be cut & served at no additional charge- please provide plastic ware. No food or beverage may be taken from the facility. Any extra food is donated to the Holliston Pantry Shelf. Liquor Service: The sale & service of alcohol is strictly regulated by the Massachusetts Alcohol Beverage Commission. We reserved the right to only serve individuals with proper identification & to limit the amount of alcohol consumed by guests. All beverages must be consumed on the premises. Room Set-up: You may arrive at least 1 hour prior to the event to decorate. If you require additional time and there is not a banquet prior special arrangements can be made. Room set-up & seating arrangements must be provided with the final count. No room set-up changes on the day of the event. Overtime & Extra fees: All events are a maximum of 5 hours. Overtime rate is $150 per hour. Meals Tax & Gratuity: Included in the price is the use of the facility, linen, china, silverware, bartender, servers & host. The only additional charge is 6.25% Massachusetts meals tax & 18% gratuity. Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation the deposit is non-refundable unless the date & time is re-booked. |
